From my studio in East London I work on-site with firms across the City, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf and central London, setting up a full mobile studio in a meeting room or quiet corner so the whole shoot happens around your working day, not instead of it.

One team, one lookWhen headshots are taken piecemeal — different photographers, phones, lighting, years — a team page looks like a patchwork. Doing everyone in one visit, with the same lighting and the same treatment, makes your firm look considered and current. It's one of the simplest upgrades to how a business presents itself online.
New starters? I keep your setup and settings on file so anyone photographed later matches the rest of the team seamlessly..
Simple, transparent pricingNo packages to decode. Two numbers:
Half-day on-site — £250. Comfortable for teams up to around 40 people.
Full-day on-site — £450. For larger teams (roughly 50+).
Retouching — £25 per final image. Every delivered portrait is fully retouched; you only pay for the ones you choose to keep (usually one per person).
Worked example: A team of 30, one polished image each — £250 half-day + (30 × £25) = £1,000, all in.

How much space do you need?

A meeting room or any quiet corner with a bit of floor space is plenty. I bring everything — lighting, backdrop, the lot.
How long does each person take?

Can you match new starters later?
A few minutes. Around 20 people fit comfortably into a half-day once I'm set up (about 15 minutes to set up).
What should the team wear?

I'll send a short, simple guide beforehand. Generally: solid colours, avoid loud patterns. Nothing complicated.
How quickly do we get the images?

Final retouched images are usually with you within 7-10 days of the shoot. If something's time-sensitive — a press release, a new hire going live — I can put a rush on a few key images sooner; just let me know.
